Vodafone AR app for HR dep

We’ve created a marker-based AR app that contained 5 different paired animations related to 5 earth elements that, according to the company’s brand book, associated with the 5 energies of the team. During an internal forum each of the employees could download VodafoneAR app and activate those animations in augmented reality. Take pictures or shoot a video at the photozone. Moreover, they got to capture this moment and share it on their social media accounts. Apart from that, there was a large poster “Сhronicles of power” that forum participants could scan and watch videos specifically prepared for the event. In those videos top managers of the company shared their thoughts about each of the value tree elements particularly. Thus Vodafone employees could immerse themselves into the company’s value system and feel like an integral part of their big team.

Mobile App

This augmented reality application has served as an effective HR tool in more than a cheerful and lively way. It combined a mix of marker-based experiences that contain diverse and vivid animations including particle effects. The VodafoneAR app was great excitement during the event among the employees, inspired them to actively interact with animations that reflect the company’s values and memorize them easier. Thus all the goals of conveying the message set by HR department were successfully reached.
